    Research interests

    My scientific interest as a neurobiologist centers around histological methods and morphological analyses with light and electron microscope. Special focus is on new methods for deeper insights into the ultrastructure of  immune synapses using 3D-electron microscopy.

    Curriculum vitae

    1997 – 2015 Otto-von-Guericke University, Institute of Anatomy/ Neuroanatomy establishing and leading an electron microscopic unit. Our projects contained working with human brain material from epilepsy surgeries, rat and mice brain and intestinal porcine epithelial cell cultures.

    Since January 2016  H. Faber-Zuschratter is at the LIN in the SL ELMI and responsible for electron microscopic analyses and imaging.
