The LIN was awarded the beruf&familie certificate again. This is in recognition of our sustainable family- and life-phase-conscious human resources policy. Lisa Paus, Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, who is the patron of the audit, presented the certificates, which are regarded as a seal of quality for a systematic company compatibility policy and run for three years.
