For scientists
In four research programmes, we investigate how learning and memory processes function in the brain – from small molecules to individual cells and complex networks.
Our research units are divided into departments, research groups and support units that are closely interlinked. In addition, our researchers are involved in many external collaborations and projects.
It is important for us to offer services to researchers at LIN and from outside: imaging technologies from modern STED microscopes to high-field magnetic resonance tomographs are provided centrally in the Combinatorial NeuroImaging (CNI) Core Facility. The Synprot database systematizes proteomic data from neurons and glial cells. Our scientific library provides access to specialist books and journals and takes care of everything that has to do with publications.
A complete list of all scientific LIN publications can be found here.
